The Powerful K-Fed

Detail magazine calls K-Fed one of this years top 50 most powerful men under 45. Are they smoking crack? This must make the rest of the people on the list feel either really really powerful of really really unpowerful and ashamed to be placed in the same list as him (ouch!)

I can think of a few things about him that are powerful!

1. his sperm - he does have like 100 kids from 12 different mothers
2. his begging techniques - he must have been pretty good at begging for Britney to have pulled him off the streets and put a house over his nappy ass head
3. the power of being black - oh wait he's white and just trashy ooops sorry!

P.S. I Love You

When I saw this movie trailer the other day, I thought the plotline seemed similar to a book I had read a couple years ago. Turns out, its was the movie version of a book I had read called "P.S. I Love You" also the title of the movie. The book was written by Irish author Cecilia Ahern and is one of many of her chick-lit books she has written. I thouroughly enjoyed P.S I love you the book and wonder if the movie will be any good. It looks as though they have changed quite a few things that were oringianlly in the book, I guess to make it more Hollywood. I stars Hillary Swank, Kathy Bates and Lisa Kudrow, so a pretty good cast and it is also produced by the same people who made "The Devil Wears Prada" - one of my personal favorites. Talk about intertextuality! The movie opens on Christmas for any of you that are interested.

Machine Building

Today my group just finished building our machine for project three, and I must say it does look quite fabulous. At first when we first got the assignment I did think Dr Griffin mgiht have been taking some sort of ellicit drug and had gone completely mad. However after having gone through this whold process I do see that there was a method to his madness. If we take any concept, any idea, you can see how our mind and bodies does work like a machine. Our sense triggers off something, that stimualtes something else, thats hits a switch in our brain and so on. It really does make sense now. love it!

Britney's Christmas Wish List

1. Underwear (I believe Victoria Secret have some sales going on at the moment, somthing like 5 for $25, I think these might be affordable considering the amount of money that Britney spends on other CRAP!)

2. A Stylist (This just shows that no matter how much money you have you still cant buy style or co-ordinate your own wardrobe)

3. A valid drivers liscense. (surely with amount of pictures taken of her on a daily basis she could get a hold of one or two and take it down to the DPS and get a valid liscense, theyre not expensive. And while she's at it maybe some driving lessons would serve her some good.

4. Hair (maybe she should have thought of this before shaving her hair off earlier this year. Maybe if Briney is a good girl, her old pal Jessica simpson will give her some of her signature hair extensions she created with celeb hairdresser Ken Paves.) ...Just a thought

5. A Sonic elite members card. ( It seems as though Britney spends way to much of her time and calorie intake at Sonic. Im sure by now she qualifies for elite memeber status. Perhaps she could even be the face od Sonic?

Merry Christmas Britney Spears

The Spice Girls: They're Back!!!!

It seems its like the Spice Girls reunion is taking the world by storm, especially in the UK. I believe their London concert sold out in a matter of seocnds and they are also the faces for Tesco's (a UK supermarket) for their holiday TV Ads. Take a look.

What I like about these Ads is that it is not just splashing the celebrity amongst the product and running around naked in skimpy outfits. These Ads actually show the Spice Girls using the product and interacting with them, like a normal person would do. There is also a little storyline tied into the Ads which is unusually for celebrities featured in Ads, usually advertisers just show some sexy picture of the celeb with the product and all it advertising. This, I think has had a little more creativity and thought put into it.

Project Runway

I must say Project Runway is one of the few reality shows that has an ounce of creativity connected to it. The contestants actually have to come up with designs, pick fabric, sew, and create a garment of clothing. I have seen some fabulous pieces created from that show, and most of the contestants are truely talented. It made me think a lot of project runway when my group was building our machine. We had to come up with the designs, then build the machine, choose materials, colors etc and function of the machine. I think Project Runway is a true form of creativity.

Marie Osmond: WTF????

It truely pisses me off that fat ass Marie Osmond got to the Finals of Dancing with the Stars, instead of Jennie Garth. I still cant quite get my head around it. She was awful the entire season. I dont understand why America would vote for a fat ass in a leotard? I am pleased that Helio and Julianne won, but I still cant get over Marie Osmonds lasting power. I blame Oprah. She had Marie Osmond and her entire incestual family on her show a couple of weeks ago, and we all know Oprah rules the Universe. Or maybe it was a symplathy vote that kept her in after her father past away a few weeks ago. Whatever the reason was, America made the wrong decision. After all she was the only final 4 not to get a perfect score. My heart goes out to Jennie Garth who really put her all in throughout the show and deserved to be in the finals. :( America is weird.
